At SpotterMed we thrive in providing an excellent educational resource that we strongly believe should be accessible to all students. We have a key ambition for learning and teaching medical students and there should be no barriers to achieving this. We aim to support students from under-represented backgrounds to achieve their potential and develop their knowledge using our Question Bank.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the SpotterMed Widening Access Programme. Our programme will be providing eligible students with a FREE ONE-YEAR subscription to the SpotterMed platform. To ensure we are supporting students in most need, we have set a criteria that students should meet to be eligible for the SpotterMed Widening Participation Programme. Students should meet ONE of the inclusion criteria below.

Inclusion criteria:

• Student is from low-income background; with a household income of <£35,000.
• Student is in receipt of a widening access bursary from their university/UCAS.
• Student attended a target school or college where educational performance is below the national average; Attended a state school for GCSEs where the Attainment 8 score is below the national average/is part of the REACH programme in Scotland.

We will review the evidence submitted by all applicants and select students randomly from the successful applications we receive. The programme will be able to provide a maximum of 25 subscriptions each year.

• The programme is available for medical students at UK Universities only.
